These classes allow students who are 12 years or older to take more of a leadership role around the water. Here, we begin to work on emergency first-aid measures, stroke development, and lifesaving skills. These courses focus strongly on relaying the Water Smart Messages and build foundational skills for leadership aquatic courses in the future. Swim Patrol is highly recommended for students who are interested in taking advanced courses such as Bronze Medallion, and Bronze Cross.

Classes are available in half-hour blocks. The earliest class time is 8:30 a.m. with the latest being 8:00 p.m.
Sessions are booked in two sequential weeks with 8 classes per session, the same time each day for the duration. Make-up classes are reserved for Friday’s of each week.
